Free help, if you qualify
The clinic is for people whose household income falls under the limit our funders set, and whose record is something a court can look at. Not sure? Ask. We would rather check than guess.
What to bring
A photo ID
Any court papers you still have, even if they are old
A rough list of where you were charged, if you remember
Nothing else. We pull the rest.

Not sure you qualify? That's what the first talk is for.
We will tell you honestly, and if it's not us, we'll try to point you to who it is.
Free means no fee for the clinic's work. If a court charges a filing fee, we help you ask the judge to waive it and tell you the amount before anything is filed.
